Discuss. We discuss your training needs in detail, identify your Key Transactions or those of the lawyers you need to be trained, and decide on the form the training will take. Based on this, I put together an initial training concept and prepare a formal offer.
Design. I design a training programme and develop practical case studies and other training materials relevant to legal/compliance work and specifically suited to the needs and Key Transactions we identified in Step 1.
Deliver. I deliver the training and ask for ongoing feedback to ensure that the programme meets your expectations at every step. I can also conduct interim or final assessments to evaluate progress.
